Established in 1933, the Lancashire & Cheshire Car Club has a long history of success in motor sport. We are a member club of the MSA and recognised for the organisation of motor competitions and affiliated to the ANWCC, WAMC, ANCC, SD34. Our members come mainly from Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Wirral, North Wales, Derbyshire, North Wales and in the North West of England including the Isle of Man. We also have members from all over the UK and around the world.
We get invitations to countless events in the North West (Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire and North Wales) and venues all over the country; such as Oulton Park, Silverstone, Donington Park, Anglesey Racing Circuit, Three Sisters, Aintree Race Course, Thruxton, Mallory Park, Cadwell Park, Castle Coombe, Croft, Knockhill, Harewood, Lowton Park, Snetterton to name a few.
Whether you are a novice or an established competitor, we help you get started and enter the events and championships that suit your chosen motor sport discipline.
We have a great array of trophies for you to win and an interesting series of Championships as a novice or more established competitor.
If you are more interested in marshallingor being part of the organising teamthen we support, encourage and warmly welcome your company out and about with us.
Some of our members like to get right in the action, as pit crews or rally support teams. Others like to use their specialist skills and/or follow training to act as scrutineers, timekeepers and in the many other specialist jobs that are part of motor sport.
